Private sessions offer a supportive one-on-one creative wellness experience designed to help you reduce stress, explore self-expression, and gently reconnect with yourself through guided meditation, art, writing, reflection and mindful creative practices.

These sessions are not about making “good art.”

They’re about creating space to breathe, process, reflect, and return to yourself in a way that feels grounding, nourishing, and supportive.

No art experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to show up exactly as you are.

Each session is personalized based on what you’re needing most in the moment.

Sessions may include:
