A Creative Approach to Well-Being at Work

When people feel supported, connected, and calm they work better, lead better, and live better.

Corporate Wellness Workshops for Stress Relief, Team Bonding and Employee Well-being

Why Creative Wellness Belongs in the Workplace

For many teams, stress has become part of the pace of everyday work. Creative wellness offers something different. A chance to pause, reset, and reconnect.

Through guided expressive arts experiences, I help organizations create space for reflection, nervous system regulation, creativity, and authentic connection.

These sessions are designed to be accessible, restorative, and engaging for all experience levels. No previous art experience required.

What I Offer

I design customized creative wellness experiences tailored to your team’s goals, energy, and environment.

Whether you’re planning an employee appreciation event, staff wellness initiative, leadership retreat, or team-building experience, each session is thoughtfully created to support both individual well-being and group connection.

Every session includes:

  • A brief introduction to the benefits of expressive arts for stress relief and well-being

  • A hands-on, guided creative experience

  • A welcoming, judgment-free space for reflection and connection

All art materials included

Session Options

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and can be customized for:

Individual reflection (each person creates their own piece)
Team-building (employees create a larger community art piece together)
Stress relief & mindfulness (quiet, meditative environment)
Connection & communication (playful, interactive atmosphere)

What Your Team Will Experience

Participants often leave feeling:

• calmer and more grounded

• creatively refreshed

• more connected to themselves and one another

• re-energized during the workday

• supported with simple tools they can continue using long after the session ends

Again and again, I hear:

“That was exactly what I didn’t know I needed.”

“When can we do this again?”

Why Creative Wellness Sessions With Me Are Different

What I offer is more than a painting activity or team-building exercise.

My work is rooted in arts in health, expressive arts facilitation, and trauma-aware practice; blending creativity, mindfulness, and meaningful human connection in a way that feels both approachable and impactful.

With nearly a decade of experience facilitating in healthcare settings, hospitals, schools, nonprofits, and community spaces, I create experiences that are thoughtfully held, professionally guided, and genuinely memorable.

Clients choose this work because it feels:

✔ engaging without pressure

✔ calming without being passive

✔ creative without needing to be “good at art”

✔ meaningful without feeling forced

Each experience is customized based on your group size, goals, location, materials, and event needs.

Most workshops range from $400–$3,500.

One thing that stood out to me was that I didn’t feel the pressure to make something perfect. All day long we have to do things on time and in a certain way. This session helped me relax by removing the time and pressure aspects of doing something.

I have worked with the following organizations and many other hospitals, schools, and smaller corporate organizations.

FAQs

Who are your corporate wellness workshops for?

Any organization. I work with small teams, departments, schools, nonprofits or large corporate staff. Whether you have 5 people or 30, I can tailor the session to fit your group size, needs, and goals.

What happens in a typical session?

We begin with a short introduction explaining the process and benefits.

Then I guide participants through a creative arts experience (visual art, mindful movement, writing, etc.) designed for stress relief, relaxation, creativity, or team bonding.

At the end, participants reflect (if they choose) and optionally take their art home or finish a group piece.

How long is a session?

Most sessions run 1–1.5 hours, but I offer shorter or longer sessions depending on your organization’s needs.

Do participants need prior art experience?

Not at all. No artistic experience is needed. I guide all skill levels, from complete beginners to seasoned creatives.

What supplies are needed / provided?

I provide all basic art supplies (paper, paints, brushes, collage materials, etc.). You don’t need to bring anything.

*Option to receive take home creative wellness kits.

What is the cost?

Pricing varies depending on group size, location, length of session, and materials. Once you submit the intake form, I’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your needs.

Can sessions be done remotely or virtually?

Due to the hands-on and materials-based nature of the work, I primarily offer in-person sessions. However, I’m open to creative consultations for hybrid or remote formats depending on the project. Feel free to inquire.

How do we book a session or get more information?

Simply fill out the intake form, and I’ll follow up within 24–48 hours to discuss your needs, confirm availability, and build a plan that fits your needs.

What if people don’t finish their art during the session or aren’t “feeling it”?

That’s totally okay and occasionally happens. There is no pressure to finish, perfect, or even speak about what you create. The process is more important than the product. Many participants find the act of spontaneous creation and presence itself beneficial.
